Bread & Bones: Intro to Cycle Health and Givenness

Too often we undersell NFP as just family planning the natural way. It's so much more. There's healing and hope, embracing God as the miracle-working Divine Physician, and fullness of joy in living our lives by God's design. So this is not your standard NFP talk. We go deeper and dive into the radical goodness of cycle health and our inherent givenness, empowering women and men alike to place the Gospel at the center of their health and relationships.

I've given keynote talks, emceed events, and facilitated workshops. I've spoken to youth groups, school assemblies, young adult groups, retreats, classes, Newman centers, non-profit groups, and parishes throughout my speaking career.

I've worked with single women, teenage girls, and married couples to learn how to chart their biomarkers, understand their health, and optimize their ovulatory cycle. Client goals have ranged from charting for health, looking to address infertility, and avoiding pregnancy.
