Empowering Catholics to live like the
first Christians
Lauren is a Catholic Speaker & Health Educator who empowers Catholics to bring the reality of the Redemption and the teachings of theology of the body into daily living so they can live extraordinary in the ordinary, just like the first Christians.

10+ Years
I've trained in public health, FEMM, bioethics, and theology of the body over the course of my speaking career so that my content is evidence-based, always utilizes a sacramental worldview, and professionally presented.
300+ Talks
40+ FEMM
I've given keynote talks, emceed events, and facilitated workshops. I've spoken to youth groups, school assemblies, young adult groups, retreats, classes, Newman centers, non-profit groups, and parishes throughout my speaking career.

I've worked with single women, teenage girls, and married couples to learn how to chart their biomarkers, understand their health, and optimize their ovulatory cycle. Client goals have ranged from charting for health, looking to address infertility, and avoiding pregnancy.

"Blaze a trail...and light up all the ways of the earth with the fire of Christ that you carry in your heart."
St. Josemaria Escriva, The Way 1
Lauren's Methodology
As a public health professional, learner-educator, and culture consumer, I strive to constantly update my content with the latest research and cultural moments so my talks are fresh, relevant while insightful, and professional. Yet the method is always the same: translate, captivate, and transform.

Sharing the truths of the Christian faith with a Modern Audience
“There are not one hundred people in the United States who hate The Catholic Church, but there are millions who hate what they wrongly perceive the Catholic Church to be.”
-Ven. Fulton Sheen

The Incarnation of Christ radically changes our lives, and too often the way we talk about these truths prevents young people and adults alike to hear the beauty and goodness captured in these teachings. We need to translate these life saving truths for a modern culture and meet the audience where Christ meets them, in the modern world.
“Beauty will save the world.”
-From Fyodor Dostoevsky's novel The Idiot

Opportunities to encounter God abound in our daily lives. Yet sometimes we need goodness and beauty to inspire and lead us to find God there. reveal areas in our daily lives where we can encounter, know, and love the Incarnate Word in the middle of the real world.
